Excellent Ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Cornbread casserole is a must! I've been going to one eye jacks for about five years at this point. They always offer consistently good service and too notch BBQ. They have even made efforts to try on offer lighter dishes, like their brisket salad. But if you're going to a barbecue joint chances are you're looking for meat. And I would highly recommend going with at least a two meat platter. Bring a date, and have her get the ribs.
The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the Cuban with French Fries. The fries were perfectly crisp and tasty. The Cuban was the best sandwich I've had in awhile.
That was so good. I am so full. Ribs melt off the bone tender. Delicious BBQ chicken. Immaculate pulled pork. And that Mac and cheese and BBQ beans? Yessir. So good. Almost forgot the brisket! SO incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. Alexa was our incredible server. She gets a gold star for stellar service.
A nice spot. Friendly service. Brunswick stew was quite tasty. Enjoyed the High Roller (ribs, brisket, chicken, & pulled pork). My server suggested the Sticky Bourbon sauce for the ribs. I'm glad that she did.
The service was fast, and the food was fantastic! As soon as you walk in, your senses are greeted by their delicious food. It is a quiet and quaint atmosphere. The servers are super welcoming and warm. The menu is simple and straight to the point, and well thought out. The frenchfries were super tasty, and the brisket is fall apart, melt in your mouth! Their house sauce is flavorful and tangy
Went here for lunch with my mom. It was so good! We shared the 1/2 rack of ribs with two sides. Fries and Mac n cheese. The fries were hot and freshly made. The Mac and cheese was delicious with a little kick of spice to it. Honestly it might have been the best Mac n cheese I have ever had. The ribs were moist, flavorful and fell right off the bone. We had them basted in their house sauce. But they have 3 speciality sauces as well or you can have them just “bare” with their house spices. They also come already cut so it’s that much easier to enjoy them. Oh and their garlic bread is something else. It’s just plain but very tasty and goes well with the meal. I also had their hone made sweet tea and it was so good I got a to go cup. Lastly we took home a slice of peanut butter pie, so so so good. Definitely homemade. Can’t wait to come back and visit!
Always great food and service. I have never had a bad meal here. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken are always perfectly smoked and hot. We've also had turkey and ham and they too are delicious. Update 03/21/23. I had the Cuban which was fantastic and my spouse had the Ham Slam which she declared was incredible. I'd never seen this as a lunch special but it's one we'd certainly have again!
A local BBQ staple. When there's a BBQ craving and I've got the cash I always come here for a cold beer and a hot meal. Brisket always slaps.
